Anyone can join; it is free. As long as you have an Arabic-originated brand you can go to the registration page and create a company user account.
You will be asked to provide us with basic information about your company such as company name, company address, and company’s contact details; also you are required to provide us with details about you (the person who is applying on behalf of the company). Then you will submit those “registration” details to us.
By return we will validate your information electronically to ensure that you are the legitimate account holder (in order to prevent identity thefts and so on). We will do that by sending you an activation link to the email that you provided us with during the account setup. All you have to do is to log in to your email and click on that link. Once your account has been verified and activated, you can continue with the application form procedures.
During the application, you will create a profile for the trademark you are willing to compete with, on which the rest of your application will be based. You are required to provide the trademark details such as the trademark name (in any language, Latin characters and non-Latin), the filing/registration number(s), the date of registration, and the classes with which the trademark is used.
We have added a “Save Application” feature to registration form, so you can save your application form at any stage during the process before the final submission. This will allow you to come back to your account, review it, or modify it, before continuing the registration procedure at a later time in case you needed to stop in the middle of the application.
The application form will include statistical and general questions about the company practice. It is a step-by-step guided form, designed to facilitate ease-of-use especially for users who are not familiar with online forms, it is intuitive and logical, and everyone can use it.
Kindly, note that you can participate with one trademark per profile (submission). If you have more than one trademark and would like to have them all included in this event, you will need to create a separate account for each trademark.
